If you have reached the age of menopause and are experiencing many of the side effects of these hormonal changes, we may have a solution for one of the more demoralizing ones. There is now a treatment without hormones to address painful sex due to dryness and a thinning of the lining of the vagina. We offer some guidelines. What should you do before and avoid after the Mona Lisa treatment?

A Non-Hormonal And Non-Invasive Treatment

Women going through menopause have to deal with many uncomfortable issues like night sweats, hot flashes, mood changes, and sleep problems. Not the least of these is decreased intimacy due to the loss of estrogen. It becomes uncomfortable if not impossible to have sexual intercourse due to the reduction in moisture. Less estrogen causes the vagina to become dry and the lining thinner.female doctor talking to patient.

If you have already tried creams or other treatments that have not provided any relief, Dr. Meena Jain may suggest a non-hormonal and non- invasive treatment known as the Mona Lisa to help you return to the sexual enjoyment you deserve. You don’t have to spend the rest of your life without intimacy.

The Mona Lisa laser treatment uses fractional CO2 gentle laser therapy to regenerate your vaginal tissue.
